I don't have any data on it but it looks pretty decent beside the rusty parts. This is the typical kind you'd find with middle priced Seas units. Give it a good clean, maybe check if it has any problems with ferrofluid which may or may not be there and swap the XO parts that need it. The woofer unit appears to be of polypropylene which was typical for those times, clean response, simple enough XO filter.
Monitor Audio made some decent speakers back in the day. First thing I would do is loosen the 3 mounting screws over tightened around the tweeter faceplate. If it's plastic no damage done. If metal or aluminum you want to straighten it out. Just make sure you remove the soft dome by unscrewing the inner screws first! If the tweeter rebate is uneven its gonna need flattening & smoothing. Concur with Lojzec as it would likely make a fairly good example of the English sound of the late 80's or early 90's. Worth cleaning up. Looks like a polypropylene cone bass/mid slightly laid back sound but durable. Good luck
