I've got an Infocus Projector that has a great but dim picture (36v 400w halogen lamp), so i bought a kit, ballast, lamp ignitor, capacitor etc off ebay but as i'm new to halide lighting need some help on the best way to tackle this (apart from where the heck to put the huge ballast!!), I've attached some pics of the initial tests, lamp lights great but no visible output! I know i need some kind of reflector but what else. I don't seem to be getting much visible light through.
Lamp is a sylvania hsi-td 250w with uv stop.
