Hi there, any progress with solving the problem?
I have the very same problem with my Behringer UCA222 sound card connected to my laptop. Imedance results are about 100 times larger than they should be. Don't know what to do, seems like it has to do something with input and output impedances of soundcard line in and out (UCA222 has 400 ohm imp. on line out and 27K on line in). perhaps if I use 100 times higher value for reference resistor (27k)? I don' have one with me now to try it.

Hey there. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble as well. I will do my best to help you figure it out.
First off, i think i FINALLY cracked it and got some pretty close measurements. I will post everything in a minute.
As to your sound card, i have zero experience with Behringer.. As far as i know, my problem was with the resistor and before that the wiring, not the card itself. Probably someone around here will be able to tell you more about the input and output impedance of your card, but when i was researching this (to build the fancy box, because it requires certain resistor values to correspond to your input card's impedance) i just checked the official website and went with that.
I am not sure changing the reference resistor value will solve your problem, but you can always try leaving it as it is and playing with the settings in the measurement menu.
What i do know now, is that the reference resistor has to be a MFR one and not a ceramic like the one i used.
Well, guys. i am proud to post my first (i assume 🙂 ) correct measurements. All i had to do is use a MFR resistor instead of the ceramic resistor and it worked like a charm. Everything seems to be in line with what i expect (parameter wise). Here are some pictures. What do you think?

But, let me try to clear something: you are using an amplifier or just the soundcard?
This speaker impedance curve thoes not seem to look OK, as it is 4,7 Ohm DC, it should have lowest impedance somewhere around that value, but in your case it doesn't go below 18 Ohm. Why is that so?
maybe I missed something somewhere...

I am not using any amplifier, just the sound card itself.
The impedance curve could be correct, while my measurement of the DC could be incorrect, or the MFR resistor i used could actually be measured incorrectly. I am pretty disappointed in my 15$ worth of a DMM; i will be getting a better one soon and i am definitely gonna post some better quality measurements. The point of the last post was merely as a proof of a working concept for the software. I spent quite a lot of time trying to make it work, so i am really happy with this, never mind the possibly incorrect impedance measurement.

Okay, i did some adjusting and after measuring different 1% resistors with the RLC and thus calibrating my reference resistor's value to 9.8 ohms.. The lowest impedance still doesn't go anywhere near the DC value i measure, which should be around 4 ohms. There is a sticker on the woofer, stating it rated at 4 ohms. Not sure why this happens, i'll need someone who knows to share the details here. Is this supposed to happen?
Still, i am not quite sure how to measure the DC resistance correctly without a good DMM. If you have any ideas, i'd be happy to test them out.

Little edit here after some testing: I think (i might be wrong on this), that when you measure a speaker and hit the RLC button after the measurement, you get a value for base resistance; you then take out the value of the reference resistor and that's the speaker DC resistance. In my case it was 14.2 - 9.8 = 4.4
