Looks like a DIY. Similar in nature to some Altec's. Not too far from an 816A.

The 816VI, specifically, would be my guess.

You guys could be right about the Altec.
Reason for my question is that I'm still looking for a suitable bass cabinet to accommodate my Iwata horns. My horns are fitted with a BMS4590 2" compression driver.

If you want a front loaded horn loaded have you considered the Altec 828 cabinet? Your horn with fit right on top. Their profile is very similar to a 811/511.
I still think they have sex appeal and there's just something weird that happens to most PA woofers that dare to enter - They sound good!
