No it doesn't. It says it is the 716p which is a high performance version of the 715p series. None so blind as those who will not see. This is the specsheet they link to https://www.tubesandmore.com/sites/default/files/associated_files/c-p.pdf

Actually, it's not. When you go on the main page, pick up orange drop 400V 716p series it says below in red that 0.47 / 400V is on back order. Thanks anyway 🙂
