Have a look at the datasheet of 15024/25.
They are likely good replacements but make sure to check.

You always need to start from the original in-house part# printed on the transistor. From there you use the list.
The problem is that the closest "replacements" for these are in TO-3P cases. Those originals have a high fT - you just can't find one in a TO-3 metal can anymore. Lots of choices for a 30MHz 150W high-SOA device in a plastic pacakge. The 15024/025 would probably *work* with no problems - just like in Fotios' Dirty Harry.
thanks once more
for reminding me ....fotios used to work a lot with this kind of amps so he will have a lot of expirience on replacements and this small mods
i will drop him a line...!!! thanks for ringing this bell for me !!!!

It is a free download on eserviceinfo.com
24/7 you don't have to be a member.
there is a service bulletin that replaces the pre-drivers c2238b & A968b with MJE15032/33
R110/220 are changed from 10 to 33 ohms
R102/202 and R127/227 are changed from 1.5k to 4.7k
btw it is a PA amp, not an instrument amp. Full audible frequency band.

I don't know about the free download, but if you get the drawings from customerservice@peavey.com, it will include the parts layouts and parts lists.
