Q105 is a MJ15020 and Q106 is a MJ15021. I just repaired a McIntosh MC2200 and they use the same drivers, hard to find now. Peavey is probably your best bet as far as availability and price.

thanks all for your effort and help but seems to me that MJ15020 are either obsolete or factory made transistors .....(they dont even exist in my books ) Do you have any idea with what can they be replaced ?????

for your interest but really i cannot understand this crossreference table since i can not see where an MJ15020 can be replaced with something else ....

but yes i will make a search for any replacement ..... though i would like to get this information from here since i belive that this will be a drop in replacement ....
