Need models for a few transistors and some question

I am looking for 2SA1186, 2SC2837, KSA1381(2SA1381), KSC3503(2SC3503), KSC1845 and KSA992

If anyone have these model in LTSpice format, I really appreciate if you can give it to me.

Also, I have the MJL1302 from Cordell and from ON Semi, they are very different as in the attachment. I am not talking about the format as ON Semi is not for LTSpice. I am talking about the different values like IS, BF etc. Which one should I trust?

The Cordell device and On Semi device do not have the same part number, so I would not expect them the have the same parameters. I expect that the Cordell model accurately performs like the actual device and also the On Semi model performs like the actual device.
