Need insulator for BD139/TO126

I got TO220 mica and this fragile thermal tape 567-DST-38-1-76X127. Maybe the tape can be divided?
What should I get to fit BD139 SOT-32 / TO126.

Hi @wg_ski. I never ordered these 'pads' before so I was just looking for a part number of a practical choice.

Sil-Pad is a trade name for 346 entries in the search. There is only 1 type 'Silicon Pad' and it is a factory special order.

I call anybody’s silicone insulator a “sil-pad”, even if it’s not Bergquist. I gravitate toward 6 mil K10, buying both the individual units and the 11.5x12 sheets. When you have a row of TO-264’s closely spaced a strip of it is easier than jacking around with more expensive individual units.

Still have some old micas left over, probably never run out.
