I have power to the pilot light, all tubes are glowing. Speaker is connected. But no sound whatsoever, even if a guitar is plugged in.
I'm following the weber 5f6a layout.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

If there is no sound, the chances are you forgot a connection somewhere.
Triple check every connection, mark it on the layout.

Is the speaker good? Check you wiring of the speaker jack on the amp.
Do you have high voltage? Is it present at the standby switch? Is the high voltage present at pins 3 AND 4 of each power tube? Is there high voltage present at pins 1 and 6 of each small tube? Is there some voltage above zero at pins 3 and 8 of each small tube?
