Need help to choice a good electrolytic cap

Hello,
I would want to build a low noise preamp and I'm wondering what is the best cap that I need for AC coupling ?

what are parameters that I have to check to minimize the noise ? ESR ? ESL ? what is the best type for this kind of application? How can I deal with the polarity "problem" ?

Have you a schematic of the design? You will get a much better response if we can see how the cap inquestion is being used. It matters.

thanks for your reply, well it's just a simple non inverting stage with an ADA4898 (G=32dB),
50 ohms resistor on the minus input to ground and a feeback resistor of 2k, and AC coupling on the + input with this cap...
