I contact someone from autotek nd they told me the capaciti of resistors, i bought them, replace them i change them and when i plug them 2 of them gt burn again, idk wt to do and i dont wanna damage it more than wt it already is... Would u fix it for me
Ok ilk do it nd ill let u kno.... Also on the side were u weld the parts there is a lil piece of the board like if the coper had peel off , can that affect rhe amp?
If you're referring to the copper traces, yes, that can cause the amp to malfunction. In some cases, it can cause large numbers of components to fail.
Then i cant fix it myself, under one of the resistors therr is a missing piece of that cooper trace
That can be jumped with a short length of wire. The path can be seen where the yellow/brown circuit board is exposed.
You can solder a piece of wire across the gap. Was the gap there when you powered the amp up and blew the new components?
Before applying power after replacing the defective parts, you need to read the basic repair page, paying close attention to the information in the yellow box.
Im sorry now i really give up i did.wt u told me nd now the two resistors that i replace burn again nd now another component burn, ill post a pic of component, wt if u give me a price to fix it ,, i really want it to work
If you've given up, you should try to find a local repair shop. Shipping alone will add $60 or more to the cost of repair.
