I replaced this cap in a guitar, and have not been able to find an article or anyone that can read it. It's a illinois capacitor company cap, reddish brown in color and has the following stamped on one side:
ic
.1K
250 S
Anyone know what value this is?
At this point it is more of a curiosity issue than anything else since I have replaced it with a .047uF. Just wonder how far off this thing was.
TIA

Thanks. That's sort of what I was thinking, but wasn't able to verify it anywhere.
.1uF 10% 250v is a little more than what should have been in there.
