Need help !!OLD LCD PJ

I have some old LCD data projector - SLC 1200.I wanna renew it.
Change LCD and other stuff to get "great" in/out door projector
for watching movies on big screen.
What can I expect from him? I am newbie in this.
He uses MSR1200w bulb and old 10.4 inch 4:3 display.

He was using 10.4 Inch Sharp LQ10PS21 800 ( RGB ) x 600 LCD Screen, frame is open(16.1cmx20.2cm) in has mechanic keystone adjust.
I wanna put some 2K LCD screen.

First we have source of light. 1200w MSR bulb.

Then its coming some glass, I think its IR filter.
