Hi there,
We're in the wholesale business. Today we received a large box of several hundred of these boards. They are B&W branded "motherboards" of some type. I was wondering if someone can assist us in identifying what they are and what they are used for? Perhaps if someone can give us an idea as to what they retail for and/or what piece of equipment they are used for we'll gladly send you one for free!
Thank you for the help. I've included some photos of each board front and back.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

You've posted photos of everything except the part that actually matters.
Anyway, its probably the 4 channel class-D amplifier from this page:
Intersil Audio Products

HeheWhat part of the board should I take a picture of? There's only 2 sides...
The chip marked D2Audio is what I wanted to see. Can't read whats marked on it in your photo.
The markings (part number) on that will tell you exactly what the board does.
