Need help identifying amp kit.

I purchased this El34 amp kit awhile back and just came across it again. Time flies and so did the manual and info regarding this little kit. I was hoping I could get some help identifying it and possible links to supporting information like scats and power supply components. Any help to get this project started would be appreciated. Attached is a picture of the board, but the only identifiers I can find(other than component location) is 2578-EL K91563BS and EL34-V1.2

Looks fairly useless without push pull phase splitter for the EL34 pair and an output transformer to couple EL34 to actual 4 or 8 ohm speakers. The G40n1500 is obviously an nfet. With the back to the heat sink the gate will be at the top. Make sure rated higher voltage than the 200v-280v DC input. The four diodes should be rated higher than that too. 104-224 are obviously places for film caps to couple the plates to the signal out. 6.3 is obviously labeled for AC in to the filaments. 12X7 is a kind of tube. I do not see a label for the signal input. Possibly those unlabeled pins above the 270 ohm resistor. Look for something that connects to the grids of the EL34. Possibly the + = left of the 4-8 ohm terminal block. Since there are 2 inputs (?) the phase splitter has to be external to the board. Perhaps two op amps producing opposite polarity signals?
I buy things like output transformers, heater & plate voltage transformers, tube sockets, at triodeelectronics.com or tubesandmore.com. The inputs & outputs are made for some kind of screw terminal block. You will have to measure the spacing.
Frankly the tube amp kists from triode are more complete & useful. ST70 & MKIV are hifi, tweed & marshall are guitar amp kits.
