Need Help Identifying a Hammond Power Transformer Part Number

Please help me identify the part number on this power transformer. The transformer is on my Single Ended Triode tube amplifier was physically damaged and the bell end needs replacement. Not sure if the transformer still works. It will be tested later. The entire transformer may require replacement. I have emailed Hammond Mfg. and they informed me that they need the part number to determine if any or all can be replaced.

The transformer is from a: Welborne Labs Laurel II SET 300B monoblock amplifier (not the Laurel IIX, although they may be the same).

- Hammond custom power transformer: 350-0-350-5-6.3, 120Vac / 60Hz, Classic Design, Manufacture date: 1994/1995. Thanks.

I checked here https://www.hammfg.com/electronics/transformers/power#classic-high-voltage-tube-plate and did not see a 700 volt transformer that also has two 6.3 volt windings along with a 5 volt winding. Not sure if an exact replacement exists.
The two links on the page may have something close.

Happen to have the transformer dimensions?

One thing you may do in this case is take the end caps off and see if the wiring is damaged or not. There is a fairly high chance that the transformer is still good.
If you are confident that you can with with high voltages, I would proceed with a dim bulb test after correcting the end bell damage.
Crude automotive body work tactics involving a hammer on the back side of the bell may work.
Notice the bolts have insulators. Those need to be in good shape to avoid what they call a shorted turn path through the bolts.

Excellent reply's. I'm going to follow your advice, and take the monoblock to a local audio shop and have the transformer tested. It will certainly be good news if it is just the end bell. If not, well... I'll deal with that when & if the time comes. Thanks so very much.
