Im going to install two power caps that don't fit the pcb into my amp.
I will connect them by soldering short wires from each cap into the pcb.
I have a few 1mm thick wires (hard wire, not fibers), will it be enough for
two 10,000uF 50v caps?

That's about 20AWG over here. Might be just a little bit small for mechanical reasons but otherwise OK.
Well, how much will the peak discharge current be? Or continous? Then we can tell you better. (Or you can google "AWG current capacity" and get an idea what size wire would be good. You don't want the wire to melt, or its insulation to melt, or to introduce more resistance than what you had in mind to the circuit).
I don't know what the discharge current will be, im not an expert on electronics.

Bare 20AWG wire can handle over 20 Amps continuous. Insulated it can handle 10 Amps continuous. Either condition is highly unlikely at that point in the power supply.

The plain copper oxidises quickly and the ends need to be cleaned to allow soldering. Old stranded copper wire cords/cables gradually go black as the oxygen permeates through the insulation. These are very difficult to clean and very difficult to solder reliably.
Insulated can be an enamel coating (thin paint like substance) or an insulating tube. Again the insulation needs to be removed to allow soldering.
Plated comes in three common forms: Tin plated (Sn), Tinned (Sn+Pb), Silver (Ag) plated. All these protect the copper from corroding and all can be soldered without further cleaning.
Well, i did it with a 2mm thick copper wire (it's not plated or insulated, just
regular rubber insulation).
I used flux while soldering, everything came out sounding great, much cleaner sound.

Opps, I wrote that 1mm was about 20AWG.
But checking now I see.
18AWG is 1.02mm
20AWG is 0.813mm
