I only ask, because I've never made that mistake.

You mean,I put it wrong polarity? I don't think so. I have powered it up and leave it there quite long. It did not show any abnormal except the voltage.😕

This is the picture of PSU. I use 30A power relay to be the switch. Current after rectified go to the 2 mm copper plates to form dual rail CRC PSU.
