Yep. You can use anything wiht an analog mic/headphone plugs. In some cases they are the same plug.
If you just want to buy something that works, the Dayton DATS V2 is my preference. 🙂

Interesting product! I don't have budget for this right now but I'll put it on my list.
The linked page looks OK, basically the same method as in the old Weems books. IMHO, everyone should at least start out doing this manually like you are. Now, how do you know your answer is wrong?
Is it possible that the crossover impact enough to get impedance as low as 2 ohms??
patate, depends what F and how the crossover is arranged.
I know some speakers that deliberately use low impedance to appear more discerning.
