I'm looking for MN2488 and MP1620 or equal transistor replacements. Mouser, Newark don't have them (any more.)

Also while at it, where can you buy those big beautiful heat sinks that typically make up both sides of power amps cases?

They appear to be Darlingtons.

Find similar specs, there are a few.

How many did you require? I only have two each but I know they are 100% genuine as they came directly from Sony Canada back when I was working at a dealer's repair bench many moons ago. Would be easy enough to pop them in an envelope and mail them away; I don't have plans for them.
