What are the Green Dials (wheels) inside the amp . How do you adjust them?

No, I don't know. Perhaps the person who runs that Dynaco site might be able to help.

I think you had better post a picture. I just looked at one
and there are no pots or adjustable anything in the unit.

Maybe the heatsinks on the small transistors??
