need amp fast-- found this one, but need schematics

ok, I know it isn't a Moondog or anything, but I need power fast. I have four Klispch KG-2.5's sitting here getting no use.... it is eating me alive!!!!

So, I was looking at this. It is priced at $139, but I am convinced I can do it for less if I had the schematics and could buy my own parts. I could probably get higher quality components for around the same price.

So, can anyone provide them? There is something on the webpage that says figure 1 schematics, but they aren't shown. Anyone have them an is willing to let them be seen?

I don't think you will beat that price if you buy all new parts. The transformers will most likely cost somewhere near $75. By the time you get the rest of the parts if you count your time the kit will be cheaper. I did see this kit somewhere for $125 Antique Audio Supply I think.

Just buy the kit and save yourself some time.

ANy good? Can anyone tell me what some of this stuff means? For instance... the 33 uuFcap at the top right hand corner... What tubes are these, and where can I find them? How much? Are all the cap values in uF or nF or what? For those not marked with a positivve and negative end, how do I know which end goed where on the caps? ON the 20K resistor in the middle that goes to the big tube, what is this? What is the arrow going to it? What does it mean?What is all this stuff in the power supply?

If you couldn't tell, I don't know much about tube schematics. I built a headphone amp from schematics, but need help with these... thanks all

Looks pretty straightforward. 33uuF=33pF. Tubes are labeled, and cap values appear to be in uF. Anything without a polarity marking is a film cap.

I like its simplicity... even though it is a transformer model it seems. I just really nee dto get something going, but the ones I want to build only come in kits that I don't want to buy in favor of doing it myself...

This is essentially a monoblock version of the kit you started the thread with. I'd just go ahead and get the kit. No muss-no fuss, you'll get something you can be listening to in far less time than it would take to research & find all the parts you need to put one together on your own. It will cost less too, these guys have volume pricing you couldn't even come close to doing a one-off (unless you luck into the iron in an old console -- of the 30+ samples i have gathered only one could be used to build either the 1st one or the Wave8).
