No. That chip can't provide enough drive if using transistors to switch the transformer like that.
It is switching at under 100hz which is very inefficient.
Good SMPS for car audio is usually greater than 75khz - the required transformer is smaller and efficiency increases with frequency.
Also MOSFET's are generally used because of high-speed switching ability in faster designs, and also the low RDS on of a well selected unit provides even more efficient operation.
