Need advice on two preamp kits.

I've decided to try my hand at building a Valve Preamp kit to use with my SS Monobloc amps. (Link Below)

I have narrowed it down to two kits from Australia, as these are easy to obtain for me and very cost effective. (Links Below)

Could I get some opinions on these two kits and which would be the better sounding kit to make?

Dunno about sound, but WOEFULLY overpriced 😱

This kit comes complete with all components, tubes, power supply module with tube rectifiers and a 100VA toroidal power transformer.

Why on earth would those require a 100VA tranny 😕

I'm sure it's a bit of a PIA to ship down under, but the sonics of the Bottlehead Foreplay III (bottlehead.com) can't be beat for the $$--as far as I know. I haven't heard the ones you asked about of course.
