Panicos- There are a lot of V15 tips on ebay and they aren't cheap. I would be worried about them being used and cleaned up. I am going to hold on to mine. Shure sells type III and IV, unless they ran out recently. Look on their website. Unfortunately, they will all be MR tips.
You are probably already aware that the III and IV both had two different types of tips. The III had elliptical and then later HE, and the IV had HE and then MR. The HyperElliptical is a .2 mil tracing radius as is the elliptical. The MicroRidge is a .15 mil.
I am going to look around the web for info on the equipment you listed and will get back later.
I just looked at a 1990 Shure stylus brochure and they also made a III-MR. At that time the VN35MR was $71 and the VN5MR was $140. A 1998 brochure ups the prices to $110 and $160. Still available in 1998. Yeah, but that was almost 10 years ago. Mark

Panicos: I found your equalizer on the DV site. I couldn't find a schematic. Is it a passive equalizer?
I also found your Nagaoka MP50. Do you know what the dimensions of the "triangle tip" are? Couldn't get much done on the Nagaoka site, too much Japanese that google can't translate.
I looked on ebay and found nothing but phony V15 tips and used ones at ridiculous prices. There is also nothing for discontinued cartridges on the Shure site. Last year they had about twenty discontinued tips for sale. All they have now is disco-duty stuff and the top of the line M97E. I'm beginning to feel quite lucky having found these vintage V15 elliptical tips.
I recall seeing a Shure bulletin some months ago about how they were making a good supply of V-MR tips. There is evidently a very high demand.
Bluzbroz.com has slots for the older V15s, but no stock.
There is a site called Svalanderaudio.com that has a spec chart for the MP series. Your MP50 has a lighter magnet than the others: samarium cobalt. I found no mention of this material being used for the V15-V in Shure lit.
Grado carts don't have a cantilever that swings a magnet. I recall that they are "moving iron." They are like Audio Technica in that there is nothing on the other side of the elastomer bushing. Mark
