Need a little help with a sticker

I did the footswitch upgrade on my Ibanez cs9 chorus.

The name plate above the switch was in bad shape and I finished it off. 🙁

Does anyone have one?

If not can someone scan their pedal so I can print a waterslide or vinyl decal on my color laser printer and make one?
