Muted output

My 1st Krell to work on. Expanding my exposure!
I have found mute relay failures on Yamaha and Adcom in the past. This KAV 300i seems to have the same trouble. The relay that I believe is the mute relay seems to working. No pre out, no smoked parts, nothing out of the ordinary. Has anyone seen something like this?
