hi!
i need power amplifiers having 500watts RMS or greater..
500watts RMS or greater @4ohms(1channel)
all bipolar transistors from small stage to output
and the speakers to be drive are 2pcs crown 18" ranges 500-1000W
so 4speakers all for 2channels
What will be its Vrails for this specs?
anyone have this design that matches this?
Thanks!!!

Hello Clovi Kate,
I am busy building a 600 watt rms design based on the elektor
pa300 circuit. I will post the circuit and pictures when have completed and tested it.

Sounds like you should look at "Aussie Amp"
How about some UCD700's?
At >500W RMS /channel you're going to be pumping out an awful lot of heat with a class AB design. Definitely a good reason to go down the class D route. I'm not saying it's not doable, it most definitely is possible, but personally I wouldn't like having that much heat to put up with.

ok guys i will wait for anyone who has it..
just post it in her and all those peoples who do have comments and willing for that design would be appreciated..
could anyone guys show the schematics?..
thanks..

Hi,
Is that one , two, or four amplifiers to drive the four speakers?
600W into 4ohms is equivalent to 69.3Vpk into your speaker.
To achieve this you will need at least +-75Vdc but more likely +-80Vdc.
