I'm looking for a 100K, quad-section, audio taper pot, to replace one in a vintage tube amp. Any idea where I can get a decent one, that won't cost a mint? Been looking, but haven't come up with one yet, that didn't require buying 1000 of them...
Thanks!

And if that isn't hard enough 😀 ...
I also could use a pot, with two 100K sections, and two 1M sections, also audio taper...

For the four-section, your best bet is probably a four- or six-deck motorised Alps RK168-series (RK16814 or -16 respectively). There are a couple of reputable sellers of these on ebay. Alps also makes the blue RK27 in a quad version in 100k (RK27114) but whether you'd be able to actually find one for sale is a completey different question.
The second one you describe is probably only available as a customer order, so if you don't need 1 but 1000 then you might be able to get someone to make them for you 🙂 An alternative would be DIY stepped attenuators where you can solder two different resistor kits on a quad attenuator.

I have 2, both 250k, audio-taper with tap. One pc-mount, one wire. PM me if you could use one. Shafts are 6x25mm. E
