I'm looking for a good substitute for the North Creek Music Systems (NCMS) "soft glue", which is used to laminate the front baffle made of MDF to a piece of plywood. I've heard that NCMS is actually a acetone-based adhesive, much like Duco cement. However, it's hard to buy Duco in > 1 oz quantities. I've had a lot of luck with this particular technique in the past, and would like to go down this road again. Any recommendations for this "soft glue"?
I have used the Northcreek softglue in the past and Aleene's Original Tacky Glue is a very close replacement if not the same exact stuff. You can get this at most craft stores and Walmart

George Short started out selling craft supplies. The North Creek glue he used to sell is Aleene's Original Tacky Glue and it's a water based adhesive.
