Thanks Richard. for doing this. It really helps out builders who don't have the skills or tools to cut the baffles. Not that it that hard. It can be done with a jigsaw and a router with a little effort and care.

Yep, the quality of both the CNC work and the wood is great. Very reasonably priced too.

I now have CNC cut side panels available.

6mm holes have been drilled on the inside of each panel for locating dowels to make assembly easier.
There are four holes for the bottom panel, two holes for the mid panel and two holes for the top brace.
A pivot hole for mounting the woofer frame has also been drilled.
A drill template is available for drilling into these panels.

All panel edges have been round over with a 4mm radius bit.

Price for the four panels to build a pair of speakers are £95.

P&P will be quoted on request as I get a lot of interest from abroad and prices vary considerably.

I am currently making a dowel jig to drill the bottom, middle and top brace which I am looking at including in the sale of the side panels for easier construction.
