There are a couple of threads on them. (Search for "NAP140 ebay".) I think the general consensus is the boards aren't bad but most of the components that come with them are counterfeit.
The Naim is actually a rather finicky circuit, relying on some odd things such as the specific Cob of its VAS transistor, and phase-shift networks matched to its drivers. Many of the eBay kits don't take these things into account.
