I would like to try the NAD PP2 phono stage with a low output MM cartridge. I need as much gain as possible. The NAD has about 58 db of gain in the MC mode, but the input impedance is around 100 ohms. Can anybody tell me how I can take advantage of the MC mode's high gain but change the input impedane to something close to 47kohms for a better match to a MM cartridge loading?
