Hi,
I have a NAD c370 integrated amp with a failed volume potentiometer. If i turn i loose one channel and have to push an pull a while to find it again. Does anyone know what the part number or OEM number is for that part ?
Or does anyonen have a schematic or service manual so i can see how to connect a totally different potentiometer.
Kind Regards

nad potmeter cleaning
hey, i have one on my homepage by the way it might just need cleaning, i also have a free pdf file about how to clean potmeters and switches in amplifiers.I have spend lot of time repairing potmeters in nad 3140, nad 3155,nad 3240pe,nad 7240, denon pma-1560, denon pma-920 and more. Potmeters realy are a weak part in the amps. You are also welcome to send mail, maybe i can help with you problem 😉

The potentiometer in the C370 is rated as 10KA dual log, part number 09-16203-22M.
It looks to be a motorised ALPs not unlike the RK27112MC although the part number on the actual part may be more helpful in tracking down a replacement.

Thank you very much for the answer cyteen.
The Alps number doesn´t seem to be available in other than volume quantities around here.
I vill try the local Nad importer for this part.
