My C 515BEE randomly stops playing the CD for a fraction of a second and then resumes playing. It occurs on every CD I play, even brand new ones.
When the sound stops, the time counter switches off (only the time, not the whole display) and reappears when the sound comes back.
Do you know which component(s) should be replaced?

Very hard to say based on just that information. Most problems are often mechanical (which includes the lens/pickup assembly).
Have you cleaned the lens?
The first basic diagnostic is to look at the signal from the pickup on an oscilloscope to gauge amplitude and general Q or quality.
Problems can also be due to the sled sticking and perhaps less likely to issues with the spindle/platter motor.

I recently changed the lens and it was working fine after.
I also greased the sled bar and its gears.

Very hard to say then. Did you change the lens for this specific problem? I'm just wondering if there is any possibility there is a problem with the new one and/or adjustment.
Yes, I changed the lens because it way it was not reading CDs correctly anymore.
The player was then working well, for a few months, until this new problem appeared.
