My Nad 7020e has problem. AMP part works well, but the radio part does not work well. PM channel is weak, and it does not research and save.
Any idea for this? thanks all.😛

It won't autostore channels, and unusually you have to press enter first then the reqd preset to store the current freq, not the other way round which might sound more usual.
If it forgets memory in less than ~2 weeks (specs) then you need to double check supply voltage to P42 of Q911 (AKA IC911) is 5.0V
The 4700uF (C914 - not huge for a backup cap) on pin 42 is the main suppy and memory backup supply for memory, so check that if 5V is ok or just replace.

Does it actually receive any FM stations ?

I hope you've not got the tape mon switch inadvertently on ?
Does it work normally on other inputs?
If not how about if you select mono ?, I'm wondering if stereo muting is operating, does the volume come right up then ?
