Nad 3130 Toast

Hi all my speaker wires accidentally touched leading to what I assume are blown output transistors. I'm left with a low distorted sound.

I feel pretty comfortable replacing them but I'm worried about capacitor discharging I've never had a crack at amp before and I'd rather not get electrocuted any tips to allay my fears?

leave it unplugged for 24 hours and it should be sufficiently bled off.
