Mystery RCA Transistor Part Number

NPN, RCA, p/n 38110 TO-18

I was hoping someone could provide the specification!

Would have to cross reference the part number to a actual transistor number.
Numerous RCA manuals online in pdf.

Or if a repair, state the device application, schematic
and can find a suitable replacement.
