would one antek as-2222 (A 2 times 22 volt secondary at 22 volts/ 200 va power the two boards? (will it power both?) Or- might it be better to go dual mono? If so- what 2(two transformers might work better...for each one) (dual mono) seperate power supplies. ? I ask, as I built a maura pensa stereo amp some yrs. ago... with transformer from a tear down...(25 volt secondaries before rectifying) that one channel kept working ... before other channel failed ... almost overnight. I readily admit... I do not read all the details- question is what is best transformer to supply two boards and- what is best transformer(s)... to go dual mone seperate... with potentially a 4 ohm load. (but usually an 8 ohm load...) to play music. thanks!

The short answer for your question is: two transformers (160VA or more) with 2x24-25V secondaries (21-22V for 4 Ohm speakers), also a single 300VA one will do.
