Use only non-isolated lm3886T with a heatsink less than 1°C/W.
A power supply transformer 300VA 2*28V can deliver 2*55W output power.
Each channel has it's own +/-15V regulators very near to it's opamp,do not bypass with more than 100nf .
Input sensitivity is 2Vp. Increase R9 10K feedback resistor if necessary .
R2,R3,R4 are chosen equal or 1%.
