My Webfilter Log - can anyone explain

As I have mentioned before, and also have
linked to on my homepage,
I use Proxomitron Webfilter.
It kills things.
Popups large Banners and other unpleasant stuff.

So I opened the Log Window of my Webfilter program.
This Log was generated ONLY
for a REFRESH of www.diyaudio.com - root
That is the first page at diyaudio.

But I cannot understand so much of that Log.
Sure is a lot of information,
just for Refresh of one single page.

😕 Can anyone understand and give some basic explaination?
What is the program doing?
Can I have any use of that log?

Is anyone else using some "webfilters"?
What is good and bad with using them?

Here is the logfile in "proxomitron_log.txt"

Your logs show the full http conversation, including all request and response details. This is all normal stuff that goes on when you load a web page. Each image on the page is requested separately, one at a time. A single web page is made up of many files, including an html file, a style sheet (in this case), and many image files. What you are seeing in your logs is the actual low-level conversation between your browser and the web server. Your browser first requests a default index file, and after parsing that file, requests all necessary files to render the page.

Makes you appreciate how fast a simple web page actually loads, when you consider all that is involved.
