Just a tip: The opa541 shouldn't be used with a gain of 33x (as some people do with the lm3875). It can't be made to sound good this way because it's limited open loop gain. I use it with a gain of 10x, but you can easily go with 20-22x.

On fig. 5 in that doc. R14 should be 1 Ohm, no 1kOhm. Very imprtant.
