Mosfets have their driver on virtually the opposite edge of a board??
A bit naughty, but my similar class d amp wasnt that fussy about layout or location of components.
Some of the class d chips are a bit more fussy about keeping tracks short and being well decoupled.

Yes, this is a problem. But I was not too big desire to improve it.
Because it can not reach the frequency of my request.
