my tweeter is not fully seal, should I apply glue to seal it?

My Vifa tweeter is not fully sealed, those red circles have holes.

When I playing only the woofer music while disconnecting the tweeter. My finger can feel the tweeter vibrating caused by the woofer.

Question:
1: can I apply glue, silicon sealant or Glue gan to seal off the holes?
2: when the woofer make the tweeter vibrate, will it cause the tweeter have distortion or reduce it audio quality?
3: if I fully seal off the holes, will it affect the sound quality of tweeter?
4: if I fully seal off the tweeter holes, will it caused any thermal issue caused tweeter overheat and reduce it life spam?
5: what is the best way to diminish the disturbance by the woofer? Isolate enclosure?

Isolate enclosure?

That's probably the best way to completely isolate the tweeter from midwoofer, yes. The tweeter "enclosure" can be small!

Those "holes" are intended to be there and should not be sealed.

The woofer will vibrate the entire enclosure including the tweeter. That's pretty much unavoidable.

Some manufacturers use a soft, elastic mounting gasket to help isolate the tweeter from the enclosure vibrations.

I made a acrylic cylinder with dampping materials in it, so to block the vibration at the same time to let the tweeter “breath”.

Nice. It is much deeper than it needs to be unless the hole in the rear is actually used for cooling. How much will that reduce the woofer cabinet volume? BTW, I’ve not seen a vented tweeter before.

From what? If it’s 10% or more total reduction, that can interfere with things.
Also, I am wondering if the rear vent is actually sealed by a cup behind the coil and therefore not able to interfere.

The Vifa XT25TG30-04 "features a rear chamber to create extended low frequency response".

Nowhere in the literature does it state that this tweeter requires its own enclosure.
