Inspired by this great forum I finally finished my TT.

Many thanks to Panicos who supplied my with the power supply for the Maxon motor.

Its just amazing how much better it sounds then anything I've heard before in my system.

Thank you all for the complements.

The arm is made of Bamboo and yes, both pivot and weight and attached to arm by wire clamps.
Both platter and splint are filled with lead shots.
Bearing is made of a ¾”x 5.0” very high tolerance hardened to 60 RHc and polished pin and highest tolerance available Bronze bushings total cost about $15.

Shalom Micheal.

The sleeves are "off the shelf" oil impregnated items. I didn't find any with spiral.
I just put few drops of oil before each play.( i drilled a small hole off-center in the Delerin plate )

If you ever stop by Haifa you are most welcome to visit and listen

Cheers

Thanks Dario,

Its pretty strait forward unipivot
The cup is 90deg. machined in a rope clamp.
The pivot is 60 deg with a small radius at the end.
Tonearm wire is taken off the back of a hard drive reading arm….
The Bamboo has a very thin layer of a very hard varnish (the type used to pain guitars) to make it stiffer.
