Hi All,
This is my previous DIY DAC (a couple of years ago).
Two PCM63Pk sounds really great and the I/V section, I use AD846 for the I/V converter, I could say it may be specially designed for this job. 🙂
My next porject will be the Non-OS TDA-1541. 😉
cheers

Unzipped file and then using 'onhold_at89c51.a51' in onhold folder. I also can't to open it...🙂 🙂 🙂 Otherwise, I give up to all *.sch files due to I haven't any PCB Software. In LCD Module, you shoud change a 2.7K to 2K VR for contrast adjustment.

At first, make sure CD-Rom MUST set to MASTER, NOT Slave... What brand name of your CD-Rom? Some CD-Rom can't to work such as acer, pioneer. Otherwise, LCD display still work and it can display cd-rom model but can't to smoothly play audio cd... However, I try to boot up controller without cd-rom connect. LCD should be display line 1 '-= Onhold R2 =-' line 2 'By Jason Nunn' then display line 1 'Initing', controller stop here... You should try to adjust 2K VR ...

I had modified some source code but just display message like first message change to 'Welcome to CD-Rom Player'...🙂 🙂 🙂 . If you want to recompiler source code, you should have A51 compiler.
