Here are my preliminary test results using my 250w double ended MH with magnetic ballast.
I used the condensor and reflector Ace_3000 is selling. I got some of the parts from Ace_3000. This was just a test, im going to be getting a new 7" lcd in soon that will have 1024 x 840 resolution in 16:9 format. The projected size of the final projector will be a bit bigger than a VCR.
Here are some pics, *note that this was just a simple test and it will only get brighter once all optics are in place
I'm assuming it was around 600-900 lumens.
Also note that I had some objects in the way, thats why there is a shadow on the left part of the screen.

7" 1024*840? Sounds cool, whereabouts are you getting that? I eagerly await photos of your compelted setup.
could you share info on the 7" you are getting in? vendor, location, spec, price ?? it will be a killer LCD if it is not too expensive.

Here are a few more pics of it so far, keep in mind in the final projector it will be way brighter, this is just a simple test. I intend on having the final projector made out of anoidized alloys and plexi glass.
I will give more info about the LCD when i recieve my unit.

not a web site yet bud been too busy experimenting and drawing up my new projector so i havnt had much time , most contact me via email and thats probally the best way as im not in here much cos of time again, by the way i dont realy hide just pulling your leg on that one, im just not here that much so drop me an email and ill send u some pics of some gear i have.
