Might want to take a look at possibly leaky caps too. Not uncommon for electrolytics to need periodic replacement.
I'd definitely add some solder on that solder joint on R6. I'm assuming it's the same solder joint shown from the bottom in Post #19.
Verify with the manufacturer that your messing with it won't void their offer to fix it for cheap, though.

well since i am way up in the country some drunk driver decided to drive his car into a pole so wehad no power and internet till about an hour ago
