Seem to work really well, im simulating it, for 4 ohms, the 50V rails might be a bit on the high side but it should be capable of around 100 watts RMS into 8 ohms at less than 0.05% THD 20kHz.

But how do you aquire those acd fets ? They are more or less obsolete since the only plant making them was destroyed by a storm.

I ordered some of the ACD single die P channel fets like a year ago and havent gotten they yet, class-d.com took my money and ran.

Thanks for posting your schematic.
I'm looking for some substitutes for the ACD output devices.
If anyone finds something equal or close, please let us know.
This looks like a simple, basic design. It should perform quite well.

Hi.We have ordered 10x p channel and 10x n channel of high power mosfets and they send 10x n channel and 20x p channel.I have emailed them about it but they did not answer,there have been many many years 🙂
